Society has quickly reached a time of growing uncertainty due to the outbreak of COVID-19, and we at Sharratts would like to offer some reassurance to our clients throughout these unprecedented times.

Our team of solicitors all have their own mobile telephone numbers which can be found on “Our Team” page. Please contact the solicitor dealing with your case directly in the same way you would if they were in the office and if you are unable to make calls to mobile numbers or are out of credit please or email, text or WhatsApp them to ask for a call back.
Our staff being home based should not cause any disruption to ongoing cases, as we have ensured that the transition from the office to the home has been fully tested over the last few weeks.
We are currently following government guidelines on the matter. In the interim, we will be organising all of our client meetings over the phone and/or through Skype. We are working hard to ensure that our unique client personal touch is not lost by doing this, but the decision has been made on the fact that the safety of our staff and our client’s is paramount.
Currently, our local courts are remaining open but all hearings will be conducted remotely ie via telephone or Skype until further notice. This will unfortunately have an impact on anyone who has a Court Hearing in the near future. We will be in touch with all clients who have such a hearing date to discuss each individual case.
